01 — THE SHORT VERSION

Returns Made Simple

Because all DUSKYR products are sold and fulfilled by Amazon India, returns are processed directly through Amazon. You get Amazon's full buyer protection on every DUSKYR order — no questions, no hassle.

The tester Discovery Kit is designed specifically so you can try before committing to a full bottle. If you order and don't love a scent, that's what the kit is for. The full bottle is your call, after you know.

02 — AMAZON RETURN WINDOW

Return Eligibility & Timeline

Standard return window: 10 days from the date of delivery for most items.
Condition: Items must be unused/partially used and in their original packaging.
Defective or damaged items: Eligible for replacement or full refund regardless of condition.
Wrong item received: DUSKYR and Amazon will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Note: Fragrance products, if opened and used, may not be eligible for return under Amazon's general return policy unless the product is defective. Please check the product's return eligibility on your Amazon order page.

03 — HOW TO RETURN

Step-By-Step Return Process

Go to Your Amazon Orders — Log in to amazon.in and navigate to "Returns & Orders".

Select Your DUSKYR Order — Find the order and click "Return or Replace Items".

Choose a Reason — Select the appropriate return reason from Amazon's list.

Pack & Drop Off — Follow Amazon's instructions to pack the item and drop it off at the nearest designated pickup point.

Refund Processed — Amazon processes refunds within 3–5 business days after receiving the return.

04 — DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective or Tampered Items

If you receive a DUSKYR product that appears tampered with, leaking, or defective, please:

Take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
Initiate a return/replacement through Amazon within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at hello@duskyr.in with your order number and photos — we will escalate on your behalf.

DUSKYR takes product quality seriously. We investigate every defective report to improve our packaging and fulfilment process.

05 — COUNTERFEIT WARNING

Buy Only from DUSKYR Official

DUSKYR products are sold exclusively through the official DUSKYR store on Amazon India. We do not sell through any other marketplace, social media sellers, or third-party websites.

If you purchase from an unofficial source, we cannot guarantee product authenticity and no return or replacement will be processed by us.
